The Kingdom is within us.

When two or three come together in the name of Jesus he will be there and He is the light and the glory of the Kingdom.

The key here is to be "in the name of Jesus". To be in His name has a much deeper meaning then just a tag that identifies that person and distinguishes him or her from other people. Name in scripture represents the very essence of the person. A person's personality, character, reputation and authority are all wrapped up in his name. To gather in the name of jesus is to be inHis person or in other words, in the mingled spirit. His Spirit and our spirit united as one spirit. It is in the realm of the Spirit, the only place of real oneness. If we come together with our differing opinions there will be no oneness even if we seem to agree outwardly. The reality of oneness is just Christ!
